Everest IGNITED is not a holiday. It’s a deliberately designed body, mind, and spirit immersion for founders, executives, and high performers who have already achieved a lot and looking to tap into another level. Planned for late 2026, this premium experience combines controlled adversity, elite coaching, and one of the world’s most iconic journeys to reignite clarity, conviction, and inner fire; not just for the climb, but for what comes next in life and leadership. The experience unfolds across three intentional phases. 1. Optional (highly recommended): 12-week IGNITION program. This prepares you physically, mentally, and strategically for the expedition. It includes high-performance coaching, resilience and decision-making under pressure, identity and values work, and physical preparation aligned to trekking at altitude alongside a small, aligned cohort of peers. You don’t arrive hoping the mountain changes you. You arrive ready. 2. The Everest Base Camp expedition. Over approximately 14 days, you’ll trek through the Khumbu region on a fully supported journey to Everest Base Camp, guided by experienced local teams and supported by premium logistics and accommodations. This is the crucible, where effort becomes honest, noise falls away, and clarity emerges. A helicopter return (weather permitting) allows the body to recover...and means less time out of your busy schedule while preserving the integrity of the challenge. 3. Integration & Re-Entry ensures the experience endures beyond the mountain. Through structured reflection, recovery, and guided integration, insights are translated into leadership, business, and life decisions; supported by a cohort who now truly know you. Everest doesn’t change your life by itself. Integration does. Everest IGNITED is designed for founders, executives, and entrepreneurs navigating growth, transition, or reinvention. Those who value depth over hype and experience over theory. Group size is intentionally limited. Indicative investment: AUD $28,000–$35,000, including the 12-week preparation program, guided Everest Base Camp trek, helicopter return, premium logistics, and coaching support (international flights and some personal expenses additional).
